  1. A 2-Hour Hypnosis Session

    • Dive deep into the subconscious mind to uncover and heal the relational root cause of your chosen core wound.

    • Experience powerful insights and shifts in real time.

  2. Follow-Up Check-In Session (45-60 Minutes)

    • Process and integrate the changes from your hypnosis session.

    • Receive additional support to strengthen and deepen your transformation.

What to Expect

  • Sessions Conducted via Zoom: Enjoy the comfort of participating from your own space.

  • Processing and Integration: The healing process unfolds gently over the 3–4 weeks following your session.

  • Follow-Up Call: Your follow-up call should be scheduled approximately 4 weeks after your initial session to support deeper integration and transformation.

  • Post-Session Care: You may feel a bit tired as energy shifts. Take time to rest, rejuvenate, or get some fresh air. While it’s fine to resume normal activities, it’s best to avoid emotionally or physically taxing situations like family reunions or major work events right afterward.

Session Fee

$250 includes both the 2-hour hypnosis session and the follow-up check-in session.

Practicing Peace sessions are short, focused, one-on-one experiences designed to help you:

  • Resolve triggers from recent real-life events.

  • Move quickly into a state of calm and peace.

Using a blend of Emotional Resolution techniques and personalized hypnosis, these sessions don’t just provide temporary relief—they address the root of the emotional disruption, creating lasting change.

After that, sessions are $60 each. It’s best to allow at least one week between sessions for processing and integration.
